Join us and let's create some plant-powered magic together***The Role***:We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, takes full accountability, and uses data to push our commercial strategy across Modern Trade MX, Traditional MX, and US B&M to the next level. This isn’t a support role — it’s a builder’s role.As our **CPFR**, you’ll be the analytical engine behind our commercial operations, transforming data into strategy and enabling smarter, faster, and more accurate decision-making. You’ll work directly with our Commercial, Finance, and Supply teams to bring clarity and direction to our sales operations, designing the tools, dashboards, and insights that drive our growth. You’ll be the architect of our forecasting alignment and the creator of the BI systems that empower better decisions from day one.***Your Mission***:Your mission is to empower data-driven decisions across all commercial operations — connecting insight with execution and turning information into action. You’ll own the forecasting and coverage logic, build powerful dashboards, and eliminate blind spots through smart automation.***What You’ll Do***:**Collaborative Forecasting & Planning (CPFR)**Manage the planning, forecasting, and replenishment process with key retail partners to optimize inventory and ensure in-store availability.Develop and maintain high-accuracy forecast models, analyzing deviations and proposing corrective actions.Work closely with channel leads and the demand planning team to align forecasts with commercial goals.**Business Intelligence & Insight Generation**Design and automate high-impact dashboards in Power BI that consolidate key KPIs such as Sell-In, Sell-Out, Fill Rate, OTIF, and Inventory Days.Lead post-mortem analyses of campaigns and promotions, delivering insights that improve future strategies.Identify risks and opportunities in each account through proactive data analysis.**Analytical Partnership & Collaboration**Act as the analytical partner to Key Account Managers, providing insights that strengthen commercial decisions.Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply teams to align billing targets and performance indicators.Present clear analyses and recommendations in business reviews, transforming complex data into simple, actionable insights.**Requirements**:**Education**:- Degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Applied Math, Actuarial Science, or a related field.**Technical Skills**:- **Power BI**, Power Query, DAX, advanced Excel- Bonus: SQL, Python, Zapier, VBA- Familiarity with ERP/Retail systems (SAP, Retail Link, DSPs, SAI)**Experience**:- 2-5 years as a Business Analyst, Demand Planner, BI Analyst, or Commercial Operations Analyst.- Experience in CPG, FMCG, or retail is highly preferred.- Practical knowledge of CPFR processes, even if your title wasn’t CPFR.**Mindset & Culture Fit**:- Ownership: you solve problems instead of reporting them.- Bias for action: you move fast with what you have.- Think big: you simplify and scale.- High standards: you only deliver work you’re proud of.- Learn & be curious: you always look for better tools, better logic, and better questions.***Bonus Points If***:- You’ve built forecasting or rotation models in Power BI.- You’ve led forecast vs. sell-out performance reviews.You’ve worked in fast-paced, high-expectation environments like startups or hypergrowth CPGs.**Ready to join a team that works fast, thinks big and builds with purpose?**:Be part of Birdman’s next stage of growth.Use data to power the plant-based revolution — one dashboard, one decision, one action at a time.
