Test Engineer – Aguascalientes, Mexico Responsibilities Maintain C# test code. Initiate and implement actions for continuous monitoring and improvement of testing processes, minimizing test equipment downtime and false failures in accordance with customer requirements, technical specifications, and internal procedures. Direct and/or coordinate electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing. Direct and coordinate electronic engineering activities concerning development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment, and control devices required to test and record test data. Interface and confer with scientific, engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues. Analyze and interpret test data and prepare technical reports for use by electronic or software engineering and management personnel. Develop or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software. Train and instruct floor support, test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software, as well as problem‑solving techniques. Resolve test yield problems by performing analysis of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements. Perform and support equipment verification and integration in production. Create and maintain process documentation. Actively search for new technologies or procedures in the test sector. Determine conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations. Qualifications BA/BS degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics engineering or equivalent work experience. Programming language knowledge. Intermediate English level. Knowledge of electronics and circuit analysis. Experience developing instrument drivers. Experience developing and/or supporting diagnostic tests at the card‑edge level. MS Office skills and statistical software. Experience with PCB operations (may be required). Availability to work rotating shifts. Benefits Competitive salary. Life & medical insurance.
