So, if you want to make the world say wow, let's talk.Profile Description:- Provide general legal support and advise internal stakeholders as needs arise (eg. product launch, contract interpretation, consumer protection, privacy law).- Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of agreements and other legal documents (eg. certificates, intention letters, promissory notes, pre-contract agreements, etc.)- Support Divisional Legal Manager in drafting legal opinions and performs underlying legal research and analysis- Maintain the Company’s Contract Management system up-to-date- Attend/ respond authorities visits and/or requirements- Develop and advice on procedures, policies, antitrust and anti-corruption programs.- Provide legal support and training related to compliance matters.- Provide assistance in corporate matters such as granting and revoking powers of attorney, notary certifications, annual general meetings, etc.- Coordinate external lawyers in respect to Consumer Protection Agency’s claims- Supports in the Department budget tracking and control- Reporting to Divisional Legal ManagerQualifications:- Law Degree with at least 5 years of relevant legal experience working as in-house senior corporate lawyer advising clients on commercial contract matters- Solid knowledge of civil, mercantile and corporate law- Experience working on commercial contracts- Strong analytical and communication skills- Proficient in written English- Strong attention to detail and highly organized- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders in alignment with Corporate Policies and Divisional Legal Manager- Superior judgment and rigor in relation to problem solving and appropriate escalation of issues- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and independently, prioritize workflow, meet demanding deadlines, and manage multi-faceted projects in a fast-moving environment- Contribute thoughtful and high-quality work product- Highest integrity and ethical standardsOther Desirable Qualifications:- Experience with retail industry companies desirable- Good software skills- Enthusiastic team player, flexible, detail and business-oriented- Strong planning, organizational, project management and communication skills
