Are you ready?The QA Supervisor is responsible for directing the activities of SQA Analysts in performing daily activities. In addition to directing activities of others, the SQA Team Lead may also create and execute test plans, in support of software deployments. The QA Supervisor works with release manager to provide planning & testing estimates of proposed system solutions, administers release plans and resource assignments,oversees release execution and maintains release status through chosen reporting tools and methods.Qualifications:- 7+ years of experience in an SQA role.- Minimum 3 years of experience with database designs and scripting language- Minimum 3 years of experience with web service testing support and web service testing tools- Experience with QA processes and methodologies (automated and manual test processes, black box, white box and gray box testing, test case design, scripting and execution, automated test tools).- Experience working with QA tools and techniques, bug tracking systems, test design and execution.- Experience with test automation.- Experience with Mentoring and Cross training junior team members.**Education**:- Bachelors degree in computer engineering, computer science or related engineering field, or equivalent work experience.**Additional Knowledge and Skills**:- Strong communicator and highly organized- A love for testing software and solving difficult problems with simple solutions- Solid understanding of large scale systems testing- Knowledge of SQL, JSON and XML**About you**- Fluent in English- Ability to work different shifts**What we offer?**Work wherever The location of this role is flexible, of course you will get a fair financial compensation and from day one you will receive a training plan to get you on board quickly.
