**Position Mission**Ensure the achievement of the Objectives, Commercial Indicators, and Shop Profit of the stores and region under your responsibility by generating strategies for stores and the region, ensuring that the stores operate in alignment with the Policies, Procedures, and Service Level expected by our Consumer, while managing successful teams that act in accordance with Sephora's Values.**Main Responsibilities and Duties**- Ensure the achievement of the Objectives established for the assigned region through daily, weekly, and monthly tracking of results.- Develop and implement strategies that support the achievement of the Indicators for the assigned region by focusing on the Consumer-Centric and Growth mindset.- Analyze the P&L of each store in the assigned region and develop strategies to meet the Shop Profit goals for each store.- Ensure that stores operate with excellence in alignment with Sephora's Policies and Procedures.- Guarantee an optimal Service Level as expected by our consumers, always striving to provide an excellent consumer experience.- Ensure that all store teams perform in alignment with Sephora’s Values.- Participate in the team selection process, ensuring the right person is chosen for the right positions.- Oversee the proper implementation of animations and marketing strategies in the assigned region, as well as an analysis of each store according to their needs that impact sales.- Have a strategic vision to identify new areas of opportunity that contribute to increasing sales.- Have the capability to develop strategies**Required Qualities, Experience, and Knowledge**- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration.- ** Language**: Fluent spoken and written English is essential.- ** Professional Experience and Knowledge**: Over 5 years of experience in managing and supervising more than 5 stores.**Organizational Competencies (LVMH/Sephora)**:- Strategic Thinking (building the future)- Results-oriented and business analysis.- Consumer-Centric mindset and market knowledge.- Team Management (talent development and teamwork)- Strong listening and communication skills.- Ability to influence people.**General/Personal Competencies**:- Teamwork- Driving results- Critical thinking- Problem-solving- Customer focus
