Through our household brands, like Lipton, Knorr, Dove, Hellman’s and Axe, we are creating a bright future for our customers, our business, and our planet - and you can be part of it.LOCATION:Tultitlán (hybrid)MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:To provide the business decision process with relevant financial information/expertise and act as a reliable and trustful business partner for the Supply Chain organization.YEARS OF EXPERIENCE NEEDED IN SIMILAR ROLES: 3MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:- Responsible for annual budgeting Supply Chain costs and updates as required by the business processes.- Monthly reporting and analysis of the SCC, explaining main variances.- Commercial evaluation and analysis of the Supply Chain investments Projects.- Manage SKU Complexity Analysis and monitor process of delisting the SKUs.- Provide financial expertise to the Supply Chain department for correct booking, correct financial treatment, SCOA compliance.- Control the product costing for FERT products, new products, repacks.- Partnering Supply Chain to drive and monitor cost saving initiatives to enhance efficiency and improve margins.- Conducting cost benchmarking and working closely with Procurement and Sourcing Finance teams to provide accurate bias.- Integrating and analysing new business opportunities and projects.- Analysing and providing insights on supply chain costs and KPIs to support business decisions.- Conducting gross profit and gross margin variance analysis and driving corrective actions.LEVEL OF EDUCATION NEEDED:- Bachelor's degree in finance or relatedSKILLS:- Solid knowledge of financial planning and performance management.- Strong analytical skills and high level of integrity.- High degree of flexibility to be agile on different scopes depending on business priority.- Strong partnership skills to collaborate and drive actions with SC.- Solid leadership skills; able to coach, manage and develop team member.IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO APPLY IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER:- Current Mexican work Visa- Social Security number (NSS)- CURP- RFC
