**Corporate Planning Data Analysis**:Identify and agree to the issue to solve with the counterpart in other departments, and boss Agree and seek for guidance to design analysis. Execute a thorough analysis of the issue. Present the findings verbally and visually with data. Present your own insights.**Qualifications**:- TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS- 0-2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated record of extra-curricular activity- Strong analytical skills o Knowledge and interest in data analytics and programming (Python) o Detailed orientation for numbers o Ability to deliver and conceptualize creative solutions based on business data- Stakeholder management and communication skills in English and Spanish- Foundations in business-oriented mindset and interest in understanding the market.- Implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization and communication of strategic solutions *Highly desirable: o Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python o Relevant certifications COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS *Genuine interest in digitalization trends, skills and tools, and their impact on business and society *Enjoys learning o Ability to gather, organize, analyze and interpret information from multiple sources o Continuous learner and proactive researcher o Aptitude and eagerness to absorb information quickly *Comfortable in a changing environment o Ability to deliver creative solutions and identify value creation opportunities**Responsibilities**:- Catalysis of digital transformation as a data analysis. Help other departments, which could be performed better with the machine and improve operational outputs. Those will include, but not limited to data analysis utilizing python and other computer languages and librarlies. Conduct data analysis requested by the president using computer languages, not excel. Jointly work with IT team to develop automatization programs using computer program languages.
