Master's degree is a plus.- English: 80%**Experience**:- 3 years+ in business analysis, process management, process modelling, process engineering, continuous process improvement- Experience as a Business Process Consultant, with a focus on automation, RPA, and process mining is a plus.- Strong interest in business process improvement and consulting.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and BPM software and tools (preferably)- Project Management experience- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written), any other languages is a plus.**Soft skills**:- Analytical thinking. Attention to detail. Effective Communication, influencing, facilitation and good presentation skills. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Adaptability. Eagerness to learn and grow. Capable of interacting with multi-cultural and multi-generational teams.
