As a Loyalty IT Sr. Manager , you will be responsible for defining and executing Doters’ technology strategy, ensuring the loyalty platform is secure, resilient, scalable, and innovation-driven. Reporting directly to the CLO, this role serves as the strategic bridge between business needs and technology execution, enabling sustainable growth, seamless ecosystem integration, and long-term competitiveness. This position oversees the end-to-end technology agenda — including platform architecture, system integrations, cybersecurity, vendor management, and IT governance. With accountability for ensuring that technology enables product evolution, partner onboarding, and enterprise-grade resilience, the IT Sr. Manager leads Doters’ back-end and architecture transformation, positioning IT as a core driver of loyalty economics and customer experience. As a member of the Doters leadership team, the Sr. Manager collaborates closely with Product, Commercial, Finance, and Marketing leaders to ensure the platform is built and operated as a business-critical asset that fuels innovation and delivers enterprise value. Your Key Responsibilities Define, design, and execute Doters’ long-term technology and development strategy , ensuring alignment with the business vision, product evolution, and partner ecosystem growth. Lead the design and governance of the loyalty technology architecture , ensuring scalability, interoperability, resilience, and long-term sustainability. Drive digital transformation initiatives , integrating automation, cloud solutions, and data-driven capabilities across the loyalty platform and operations. Oversee the development, maintenance, and continuous optimization of Doters’ digital platforms , ensuring proper execution of the technology roadmap and alignment with product and customer experience standards. Lead complex integrations with external partners (banks, airlines, retailers, mobility providers), ensuring robust APIs, system interoperability, and scalable performance. Govern software development practices , promoting agile methodologies, DevOps standards, and continuous delivery models. Lead the cybersecurity and data protection strategy , ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, ITGCs, ISO 27001, ICFR, and data privacy regulations. Manage technology risk, controls, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning , ensuring operational resilience for all core services. Establish technology governance processes and performance KPIs , ensuring transparency, operational efficiency, and accountability across IT operations. Direct the end-to-end vendor management strategy , including vendor selection, negotiation, contract oversight, SLA management, and strategic innovation partnerships. Build and lead a high-performing IT & Development organization , strengthening capabilities across architecture, software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital platforms. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the technology function. Serve as a key member of the Doters leadership team , contributing to enterprise-wide strategy, cross-functional alignment, and long-term business transformation. Our Ideal Candidate Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; MBA or executive education is a strong plus. 8–10 years of experience in IT leadership, platform development, or technology strategy roles, preferably within loyalty, airline, fintech, or e-commerce environments. Proven expertise in designing and scaling enterprise-grade digital platforms, with strong knowledge of architecture serverless, APIs, and integrations. Deep knowledge of IT governance, cybersecurity, compliance (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOX platforms), and data privacy frameworks. Full-stack knowledge with experience in Angular and Node.js Experience building and deploying microservices on AWS. Strong track record in building and leading high-performing technology teams.
