We offer Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, and Video to our clients by creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies that allow our clients to hit their SQL targets, every time.At Directive, we’re always looking ahead to connect with talented professionals who excel at crafting strategies that elevate search visibility, developing compelling content, and delivering value to audiences.As we continue to grow, we’re always seeking forward-thinking individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, are obsessed with analytics and storytelling, and are eager to make their mark in B2B tech and SaaS marketing.**About The Role****Roles & Responsibilities**Key Responsibilities:- User Onboarding/Offboarding:- Assist with adding/removing new users to platforms such as Google Workspace, Krisp, Zoom, Slack, and LastPass.- Inventory and Asset Tracking:- Support the IT team in managing inventory, including tracking hardware and software assets.- Ensure accurate records of IT equipment and licenses.- Ticket Management:- Handle IT tickets, including password resets, app installations, and adding/removing users in Slack channels.- Prioritize and route tickets to the appropriate team members (Finance, IT Manager, or self) as needed.- Documentation and Knowledge Base Updates:- Assist in creating and updating how-to guides and IT documentation on the Notion IT page.- Ensure all resources are clear, accurate, and accessible for internal users.- Administrative Support:- Create shipping labels for IT-related shipments as required.- Provide general administrative assistance to the IT team as needed.**What You Offer**- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.- Basic understanding of IT systems and tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Familiarity with ticketing systems and knowledge base platforms (e.g., Notion) is a plus.**What we offer**We have a set living wage at DirectiveMedical, dental, vision plans, disability, and life insurance coverage for you and your family that fit your lifestyleBenefits To Support The Whole PersonMental - Access to certified therapists through Spring Health, membership to HeadspacePhysical - GympassTime Off - Paid Company Holidays, Your Birthday Off, End of Year Recharge (Closed December 24 - January 1)Financial - Savings fund with a 5% company match**Work Environment Requirements**As a remote-first company we primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack. In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary.
