**Descripción**:**ROLE PURPOSE**Facilitating theater and corporate correct handling of invoicing and payments. This includes processing deposits, charges and billing, and administering delinquent accounts, security deposit escrow services, the month end process.**Objetivos del puesto**:**Principales responsabilidades**:**RESPONSIBILTIES**- Assuring timely collection of monies due to the company from theaters, credit card and any other payment method partner.- Proper invoicing, within standard polices reflective of the customer’s requirements.- Reconciling the receivable accounts ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and correctly posted.- Monitoring, analyzing, and resolving discrepancies in collections to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.- Weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments.- Reviewing and validating the accuracy and completeness of monthly financial statements to ensure timely and accurate accounting closure.- Review, evaluate and update the effectiveness of current collection policies and procedures.- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Accounts Receivable Department.- Managing and overseeing the accurate recording and timely recognition of deferred revenues from gift cards, presales, and corporate tickets to ensure compliance with accounting standards and enhance financial transparency.- Coordinating and overseeing both internal and external financial and government audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to maintain the integrity of financial reporting.**Requisitos**:**QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.- Must have large ERP system experience and expert proficiency in MS Excel, Intermediate Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint.- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, department, clients, and upper management.- Good communication skills for communicating with support personnel and management- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Good planning, presentation and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.- Collaborative and builds strong relationships with people of diverse backgrounds, educational levels and life experiences.- Great communication skills with the ability to handle difficult and stressful situations and issues in a positive manner.- Customer Focus: dedicated to meet the requirements of both internal and external customers.- Integrity and Trust: widely trusted and has unquestionable integrity.- Bilingual in Spanish and English
