Supply Planner

The Supply Planner will play a pivotal role in building and scaling the inventory within their category. On a weekly basis, they will evaluate purchase requirements and execute new production purchase orders to vendors in China and Mexico. The goal is to align inventory level to the forecasts and make adjustments accordingly.What you’ll do:- Own bulk and finished goods inventories for selected products to achieve both customer service and business objectives- Uses Atlas to pull purchase recommendations and analyses data to determine and execute buy quantities by location using forecast, open orders, and trend analysis- Analyze open purchase order with vendor and make suggestions to prioritize, expedite or push out- Provide scheduling support to customer service, demand planning and sales regarding availability and inbound supply schedules- Ability to support customer demand changes by working with internal and external sources in the change management process- Manage small-to medium-size projects.Your Professional Profile:- 3-5 years of purchasing and planning or equivalent experience in high volume, fast-paced environment- Advanced level of English required- Advanced computer usage - SAP or MRP experience, Excel knowledge of pivot tables and vlookups, proficient in Word, and *Outlook- Excellent analytical, time management, detail oriented and communication skills necessaryTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $1,500.00 - $1,700.00 al díaHorario:- DiurnoConsideraciones ante el COVID-19:Todas las medidas preventivas requeridasIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
