Our highly energetic and focused Oral Care Marketing Team is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate Palmolive Brands in this everchanging landscape. What role will you play as a member of the Oral Care team? As the Senior Brand Manager for Toothpaste, you'll handle all elements of the marketing mix. Maximizes all these areas relative to the category brand and recommends actions for improvement. You'll understand & embrace global equity and brand strategies while ensuring creative & flawless execution. You'll take full responsibility for the brand Profit and Loss statements - by controlling pricing, monitoring cost, and managing the advertising expenses. You will prepare an annual and mid-year business plan and present to local, regional and corporate management as needed. You'll manage the matrix of a complex agency system. You'll lead media planning and on-going flowchart management.
