If you are looking to work with a group of people you would describe as innovative, hard-working, passionate, honest, and fun-loving you have found it***Perform fault diagnosis and repair of products that do not meet the test parameters, as well as support Production and feedback of failures in the product assembly process.Reports to the Superintendent of Maintenance and Facilities.**QUALITY STATEMENT**Amphenol Network Solutions is committed to delivering an extraordinary customer experience that meets or exceeds our customers’ requirements and satisfaction as we continually improve the effectiveness of our Quality Management System.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**General:- Perform diagnostic of modules that are not meeting optical parameters- Identify root cause of optical failures- Provide feedback to Supervisor, Trainers and operators of optical failures found.- Create first and second level pareto of failures found.- Provide feedback to maintenance engineer if equipment is involved on failures- Provides feedback to process engineer about opportunities found to improve process- Follow up directly with the EHS manager to comply with safety standards.Integral System:- Establishes controls in the process that supports compliance with the guidelines established in the comprehensive system.- Recommend and provide the use of materials required for our processes and products so that they are aligned with the requirements of the environmental system.- Adjust, correct and / or stop any process or activity that affects the operation of the Environmental, Quality and OEA Management System.- Communicate to the EHS and Quality department to review and identify the environmental aspects and legal requirements applicable to new projects (applies to any change in the process).**SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE**- Experience in analog and digital electronics 2 to 3 years.- Knowledge in electronic components.- Experience to understand electronic schematics- Knowledge and management of testing programs- Knowledge in Software of Test equipment.- Experience to perform fault diagnosis.- Knowledge in programming.- Intermediate English to read manuals**EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND CERTIFICATIONS**- Technician in Electronics or Mechatronics (Desirable).- Diagnosis and repair of mechanical and electronic failures in test equipment**PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS**- Working under pressure- Sense of Urgency- Customer Service- Proactive**WORK ENVIRONMENT**- 100% plant work- Working mostly standing still- Working using measurement and test equipment.**SHIFT DETAIL**:- This position will work on Guadalajara site from 3:30 pm to 11:00 pm Monday to Saturday.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $12.00 - $13.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 10 horasPrestaciones:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Servicio de comedor- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Uniformes gratuitos- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
