Years of experience**:6 to 9 years**Main skillset**:Window/ System administrator**Details:- **Proven work experience as a Windows server administrator, supporting modern operating systems and server platforms.****- Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance.****- Experience with physical and virtual server environments, such as x86 and VMware, Azure.****- Strong experience administrating Active Directory at an enterprise level.**- Experience administrating MDM solutions such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager for computers and mobile devices.- **Strong experience administrating domain controllers in a multi-forest, domain environment.****- Expert understanding of DNS concepts or experiencing administering a split-brain DNS architecture.****- Experience maintaining SQL servers.****- Experience maintaining IIS servers.**- Develops, documents and audits policies and procedures to ensure security compliance and protect systems Storage Administrator- **Strong experience leveraging PowerShell** and other similar scripting languages to accomplish enterprise maintenance and management tasks at scale.- **Experience with RESTful API solutions**, preferably Microsoft Graph.- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot advanced technical issues.- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with and work collaboratively with Agency technical teams as well as Agency leadership and business unit management when required.- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.- Must exhibit strong customer service relationship abilities.- Must possess critical thinking skills, using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses and can seek alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems.- Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL Foundation including incident management, system support, policy and procedure development, and problem management processes.**Experience**:- Windows: 4 years (required)- System Administrator: 4 years (required)
