Maintenance and Operations Manager- El Gerente de Operaciones y Mantenimiento es responsable de planificar, liderar y gestionar las actividades diarias de operación y mantenimiento en la planta y/o equipo asignado.**Locacion**:Municipio de Monterrey. Apodaca, Santa Catarina, Pesqueria**Funciones principales**:- Planificar, liderar y gestionar las actividades diarias de operación y mantenimiento en la planta y/o equipo asignado.- Asegurar que los objetivos de rendimiento de la planta se alcancen de acuerdo con el contrato en su área de responsabilidad.- Asegurar recursos competentes y desarrollo de competencias de los recursos de mantenimiento y/o equipo asignado.- Asegurar que la condición de la planta y el equipo estén de acuerdo con las directrices y políticas aplicables y tomar acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.- Asegurar que el trabajo se ejecute en la planta de acuerdo con las directrices de Calidad, Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente de Wärtsilä y los procedimientos del sitio del cliente, así como el plan de mantenimiento asignado.- Implementar planes de acción de Gestión de Contratos, procesos y directrices en el área de responsabilidad asignada.- Preparar informes, plan de mantenimiento y presupuesto según las instrucciones del Gerente de Planta.- Identificar y buscar activamente mejorar la fiabilidad y disponibilidad del mantenimiento de la planta.- Seguir y optimizar los costos de mantenimiento de la planta.- Desarrollar las rutinas de trabajo de mantenimiento en la planta.- Mantener buenas relaciones con los interesados internos y externos.- Negociar y comprar materiales y servicios para el mantenimiento de acuerdo con el plan.**Requisitos**:- Título en Ingeniería o campo relacionado.- Experiência previa en un rol de gestión de operaciones y mantenimiento.- Experiência en el sector de generacion de energia.- Conocimiento de las directrices de Calidad, Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente.- Habilidades de gestión de proyectos y presupuestos.- Habilidades de negociación y compra.**Habilidades**:- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación.- Capacidad para tomar decisiones y resolver problemas.- Orientación a resultados y mejora continua.- Última fecha de solicitud: 11/02/2025- En Wärtsilä valoramos, respetamos y abrazamos todas nuestras diferencias, y estamos comprometidos con la diversidad, la inclusión y la igualdad de oportunidades laborales; todos pueden ser su verdadero yo y tener éxito en función de sus méritos y habilidades relevantes para el trabajo.**Esto es Wärtsilä
