There are many reasons to build your career at Carter's.- Coordinación de los conteos cíclicos dentro del 3PL, validando la información entre el sistema del proveedor y Carter´s y asegurando que los productos tengan un conteo sin rebasar los 90 días.- Coordinación de los trabajos de programas para Clubes:Esto incluye:- Validación en conjunto con el área Comercial de los programas, revisando fechas de arribo de mercancía y distribuciones.- Coordinación del armado de los programas de clubes, revisando con el 3PL los tiempos requeridos para su termino- Validación del producto terminado por el 3PL, auditando cajas en forma aleatoria y validando que e producto restante este alineado entre sistema del proveedor y Carter´s.- Supervisión y validación de los procesos de etiquetado que requieran los programas de Clubes- Realización del proceso de renvasado dentro del sistema Carter´s y en la interfase con el 3PL- Realiza inventarios aleatorios, para verificar la veracidad y fiabilidad de los conteos cíclicos.**FUNCIONES SECUNDARIAS (SI CORRESPONDE - CUALQUIER DERECHO NO CONSIDERADO ESENCIAL)**:- Apoyo en las actividades solicitadas por las áreas internas de Carter´s, como validación de empaque y presentación de producto**REQUISITOS DE CONOCIMIENTO, HABILIDAD Y HABILIDAD (COMPETENCIAS MÍNIMAS REQUERIDAS PARA EL RENDIMIENTO LABORAL)**:- Organización, atención a los detalles- Integridad y compromiso con el servicio- Capacidad de trabajar en equipo- Colaboración, adaptabilidad- Tolerancia a la presión y disponibilidad de tiempo- Capacidad de trabajar en ambiente multicultural (con personas de diferentes países y costumbres)**EXPERIENCIA DE TRABAJO PREVIO Y REQUISITOS EDUCATIVOS**:- 1-2 años de experiência operación e inventarios en almacenes.- Alto conocimiento en paquetes computacionales (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)- Buena comunicación oral y escrita**DEMANDAS FÍSICAS**:- Es posible que se requiera que el empleado empuje, tire, levante y/o cargue hasta 20 libras dentro de actividades en piso
