**Vacante para la empresa Leader Match en Reforma - Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de México**:We are an international logistics company seeking an experienced **Air Export Operations Agent** to join our team in Mexico City. This role is essential to ensuring accurate and timely coordination of export shipments, working closely with airlines, freight terminals, and clients.**Key Responsibilities**:- Coordinate **air export shipments** from booking to departure.- Prepare and finalize **HAWB and MAWB** documentation.- Perform **AWB close-out**: ensure timely submission to airlines or terminals, validate flight bookings, and meet cargo cut-off times.- Communicate with airlines, clients, and customs brokers to ensure documentation compliance.- Upload AWBs to airline portals (Traxon, CargoWise, CargoIMP, etc.).- Verify Incoterms, handle AES/ITN filings when required.- Maintain proper records and ensure operational accuracy and compliance.**Requirements**:- Proven experience in **air export operations** (minimum 1 year).- Strong knowledge of **AWB close-out procedures** and air freight documentation.- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.- Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written).- Familiarity with logistics software is a plus.**We Offer**:- Competitive salary based on experience.- Growth opportunities in an international logistics environment.- MondayFriday schedule.If you have solid knowledge of air exports and AWB handling, wed love to hear from you.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Logística / Transporte**Industria**:Transporte, Logística, Cadena de Suministro y Almacenamiento
