**Job Summary**:Lead the Soucing Tactical Team for setting up suppliers, placing requisitions/PO’s, invoice reconciliation and onsite support for POM’s as needed**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:- Invoice Management (discrepancies, holds & resolutions)- On site support by request- Physical Inventory- Annual policies- RFQ (finding, vetting and meeting suppliers)- RFQ (creating bid event in RFx tool)- Daily Support (escalations, shortages, and PO requests)- Meetings (as scheduled)- Cost Savings Projects (ideating, funnel updates, actioning and executing)- Reporting (KPI's, project status, etc.)- Contract Reviews- Contract Administration (signatures, scanning, storing)- Internal Audit (requested by Trade Compliance)- Supplier Set Up- Supplier Maintenance (changes, portals, trainings, ad hoc requests)- Repse Platform Trainings and maintenance- Fieldglass Training and maintenance- Project Card Updates- Reporting (KPI's, project status, etc.)- RCCM and follow ups**Job Profile**:- Education: BS in a Supply Chain and Operations Field, BA equivalent, certification- Experience: Minimun 2 year relevant work experience- Key Competencies:- 2+ years of material buying and planning in a manufacturing setting- Experience with MRP / ERP systems- Fluent English**Skills**:- Excellent customer service and communication skills- Proven history of successful supplier negotiation- Good organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills- Strong IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
