Because of your interest in commercial real estate trends, you keep up to date on the local market and are keenly interested in putting data together to tell the story.The Market Data Coordinator works to provide our sales professionals with current market knowledge and insights. In addition, this professional will strive to increase accuracy of all information in the CRM+ system. You thrive on managing multiple priorities and are comfortable with shifting priorities throughout the day. You possess strong communications skills and are able to build strong professional relationships with others.**What you bring**:- At least one year of experience in research or related field, including exposure to CRM tools or similar databases.- Ability to manage and prioritize your workload.- Proficiency with MS Office including MS Excel.- Thorough, independent, results driven.- Experience reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, editing any incompatibilities and errors.- Ability to research and obtain additional information for incomplete documents including conducting phone interviews when necessary.- Ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy.**Bonus skills and experience**:- Experience with CRM+.- Previous experience inputting large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy.- Previous experience in real estate is considered a strong asset.**What success looks like**:- You become passionate about the quality and integrity of your data.- You take initiative to work proactively with team members to achieve data processing time sensitive goals while maintaining a high degree of quality.- You will play a role in making sure our data is actioned and translated into meaningful business decisions throughout the organization.- Collaborate with our national research team to leverage opportunities and ideas.LICB1Please be aware that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Colliers professionals in Canada are required to be fully vaccinated to attend any Colliers workplace. **As a condition of commencing any role, **you will be required to self-report your vaccination status and provide verifying documentation.
