THE ROLE As a Finance Business Partner, you will support financial visibility and control by bridging accounting and business information through accurate financial planning, analysis, reporting, and process controlling. Your responsibilities will include: Participating in the creation of the annual budget and establishing processes for optimal expenditure levels; Verifying accounting entries to ensure financial statements accurately reflect business activity; Supporting management with accurate financial information and recommendations for process and cost improvements; Monitoring business activity and project execution through KPIs; Performing cost and business analysis vs budget and projections; Controlling budget execution through approval of PO and invoices. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering, and has minimum 4 years of working experience. You are fluent in English, spoken and written; You have a Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering; You have minimum 4 years of working experience, with experience in a company with physical operations; You have a background in consultancy, preferably doing Auditing at an Accounting Firm, and you're currently in charge of business controlling or FP&A for your current company.
