Our team is looking to build, automate and scale initiatives that drive new customers and maximize the lifetime value of existing Amazon customers. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth for our Mexico business.As a Sr. Product Manager, you will work with engineering teams to build automated advertising technology, assess marketing capabilities, own an experimentation strategy, and undertake detailed data analysis. The primary objectives of the role include: acquiring new customers, encouraging customers to take high value actions, and directly generating revenue.**Core Responsibilities**:- Develop deep channel insights and understanding in partnership with retail teams, other marketing channel teams, and international stakeholders.- Translate channel insights into test plans, product/feature proposals, and opportunities for optimization.- Lead the development of the customer experience for interfacing with ML Platform Services offerings.- Define creative, high quality, and clear product roadmaps based on team strategy and vision.- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load.- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and across key partners.- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.- MBA or master’s degree in economics, marketing, finance or related fields.- SQL, or basic data-mining experience.- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects.- Deep analytical abilities, especially with respect to experimental design and analysis.- Proven track record of successful delivering results.- Ability to partner cross-functionally with a variety of world-wide teams.- Strong technical competency and ability to learn new systems and work with technology teams.
