Requisition ID: 36323- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXThe Danfoss Shared Service Centre in Apodaca is looking for **Credit Management Team Leader**:- a strong motivator able to lead a team and create an empowering and inspiring culture to achieve targets and high-performance standards. You will report to the Credit Manager, and you will be responsible for managing credit risk and collection of Accounts Receivable in Danfoss Group for North America.Take the opportunity to lead 10-12 team members and be part of Global Services organization within Danfoss Group - that enable the world of tomorrow to do more with less.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- Management of the day-to-day credit & collection process.- Making decisions about release of blocked orders.- Communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure prompt and on-time customer payment of receivables and resolution of disputed open items.- Monitoring of performance and proactively managing day to day workload in the team to ensure KPI´s are met.- Assess credit risk and customer´s creditworthiness in order to make decisions about order releases, as well as credit limits in accordance with delegation of power; Escalate and support query resolution in close cooperation with Cash Application and Customer Service.- Accurate credit data and collection files.- People management responsibilities:- Team support and leadership in daily operation of the team.- Participating in hiring process, securing on-boarding of new employees, hosting monthly one on ones and secure development of the individual team members.- Provide training and coaching on soft and technical skills within the team.**Background & Skills**:- Education in field of finance, administration, accountant, economics and/or management (or similar) or relevant work experience.- Previous experience as supervisor or leadership position at least 2 years.- Fluent English, Portuguese language will be an advantage.- Strong organizational and communication skills in writing and in professional communication with multiple stakeholders both internally & externally at various levels in an organization.- Ability to manage multiple tasks within demanding timelines.- Demonstrate leadership by lead by example with a hands-on approach and detailed process understanding.- Self-motivated individual with a "can do" attitude having attention to the details.- Proactive and foresighted thinking.- Positive and open-minded attitude engaging and securing commitment from involved parties.- Team player and strong motivator - securing passionate engagement from the team.- Strategic thinking & understanding- Demonstrating effective evaluation and problem-solving skills based on input from the team and/or own provided insights.- Engaging customer centric approach securing positive relation building and persistent commitment to resolve disputed items.Join our team and help us release the potential of this amazing world.
