We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Electronics Equipment Engineer to join our team in Aguascalientes, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for: Implement standardized manufacturing process for new products Work with suppliers to procure equipment based on technical specifications Be responsible for the construction, timely delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment used in new product lines Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in electronic equipment Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure product specifications are met Develop and maintain technical documentation for electronic systems Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance as needed Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering 5 – 10 years of experience in electronics engineering, preferably in automotive electronics, industrial automation. Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., IPC, ISO) Familiarity with the product development lifecycle Programming skills with PLC Siemens, Test instruments from Keysight, National Instruments, Rohde & Schwarz or languages like C, C++ and Python Experience with test equipment including oscilloscopes and multimeters Proficiency in CAD software such as Altium or OrCAD Proven expertise in circuit design, analysis, and PCB layout Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment At AUMOVIO we are committed to building an inclusive and discrimination‑free ecosystem in Mexico, these principles are rooted in our corporate philosophy and culture.
