Lead Business Consultant - Infor Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Lead Business Consultant specializing in Infor Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to join our expanding Business Consulting team at EPAM. In this position, you will spearhead WMS implementation projects across various sectors, guiding clients and enhancing processes to deliver significant business improvements. Responsibilities Provide expert guidance to clients on warehouse management best practices to improve business performance Oversee and manage Infor WMS implementation projects from initial planning through post-deployment support Customize and configure the Infor WMS platform to meet unique business and logistics strategies Optimize and streamline Business object functions to align with client objectives Establish and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in Logistics and Warehouse Management Act as the main liaison for assignment sponsors and senior client representatives Ensure project outputs meet or surpass client quality standards Operate autonomously to prioritize responsibilities and respond quickly in a fast-changing environment Clarify and structure ambiguous situations during project execution Facilitate capability development and knowledge sharing within client organizations Promote teamwork and inclusiveness within EPAM and client teams Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships at individual, account, and organizational levels Dedicate efforts to delivering tailored client solutions and consistently exceed expectations Requirements Proven consulting expertise with over 6 years as a consultant At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Infor WMS including implementations in Transportation, Logistics, Retail, CPG, or Manufacturing sectors Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end Warehouse Management System business processes Demonstrated supply chain proficiency gained at global technology consultancies, CPG firms, or retail companies Recognized thought leader and subject matter expert in WMS solutions Broad network of senior industry contacts with ability to leverage for business growth Bachelor's degree mandatory; higher education preferred Willingness to travel as required Self-driven with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities Experience managing combined utilization rates and new business objectives Nice to Have Advanced supply chain or warehouse management certifications Background in Transportation Management Systems Familiarity with additional business consulting methodologies Knowledge of logistics and distribution optimization technologies Credentials in project management We Offer International projects with top brands Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers Employee financial programs Paid time off and sick leave Upskilling, reskilling and certification courses Unlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ courses Global career opportunities Volunteer and community involvement opportunities EPAM Employee Groups Award-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedIn Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Business Development, Information Technology, and Engineering Industries Software Development, IT Services and IT Consulting, and Financial Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
