This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team.What We NeedWe are looking for an In Plant FPS who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.Are you:- Responsible for the Comprehensive Administration of the Vehicle Fleet of the assigned account, ensuring efficiencies based on implementation and execution?- Skilled at Control, Communication, Reports, Improvements and Products, always adhering to Compliance guidelines and Company Policies?A Day in the Life- Maintain Controls and databases updated with information from the Customer Fleet to maximize the efficiency and profitability of the fleet based on analysis and implementation of suggestions and best practices.- Resolution, Escalation and Coordination in time and form of Requirements of Users of the vehicles and Suppliers of the client based on guidelines of the client's policy.- Supervise market activities and changes of suppliers. Identify cost savings, cost avoidance, and improvement opportunities. Keep updated of the best practices in the Vehicle Fleet industry.- Generation of Purchase Orders, invoice validation and payment follow-up (Contractual); maintain an efficient and healthy Element-Client communication in relation to Credit.**Requirements**:- Experience and knowledge in Leasing (preferably of Vehicles)- 2 years minimum experience in Quality and Processes- Desirable to have previous experience as Fleet Manager (+150 Vehicles), Facilities, or SimilarWhat’s in it for You- A culture of innovation, empowerment, decision-making, and accountability- Comprehensive health and welfare benefits that serve the needs of you and your family and foster a culture of wellness- Additional benefits and amenities, including paid time-off programs (vacation, sick leave, and holidays)- Hybrid work environment for most positions- or call _- ._
