This position plays a critical role in aligning production schedules, inventory levels, and customer demand through the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and this position is responsible for supplier and first operations scheduling and inventory level process.**Responsibilities**- Coordinating with multiple functions, such as manufacturing, product group, marketing, material planning etc., to acquire appropriate requirements to meet customer demand.- Managing day-to-day activities of their staff; participating in interviewing, hiring, and training and development of associates.- Ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
