Our highly insight driven and innovative team is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate Palmolive in this ever-changing landscape.**What role will you play as a member of Colgate's Analytics team?**This role involves developing predictive models, simulations, and optimizations to address business challenges, leveraging Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for scalable solutions.It requires managing Pricing and Promotion, Marketing Mix, and Forecasting studies from inception to completion, and presenting clear insights to business teams.Additionally, the role demands close collaboration with business teams to build hypotheses, solve business problems, analyze patterns, and drive consumer behavior insights.A strong understanding of internal and external data sources, such as Syndicated Market Data and Point of Sales, is crucial to develop and support analytics and insights-based services and solutions.Within the Global Data Science and Advanced Analytics team—which consists of Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, and Data Visualization Engineers—this role will act as a bridge between the business and the data science teams, identifying use cases for the data scientists and co-developing analytics solutions.**Who are you...****You are an Analytics Expert working on solving Business Questions and work with Analytics Project team**- Problem-solver, with analytic thinking and ability to draw inferences from data modeling to business actionable- Who can prioritize multiple work assignments and meet deadlines- Excellent written and verbal communication.**You connect the dots -**- Drive insights from internal and external data for business- Assemble large, sophisticated data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements- Build machine learning models for decision making**You are a collaborator -**- Work closely with Division/Global Analytics team- Work with data and analytics specialists across functions to drive data solutions**You are an innovator -**- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.- Good facilitation and project management skills**Qualifications****What you’ll need**- Graduation ( BE or BTECH ), BSc. in Economics, B.STAT in Statistics, Masters in Statistics, MSc in Economics, MBA in Business Analytics / Data Science- 10+ years of experience in driving analytical insights and solutions- Experience supporting and working with multi-functional teams in a dynamic environment- Strong hands-on/experience on developing statistical models, such as regression, ridge regression, lasso, random forest, SVM, gradient boosting, logistic regression, K-Means Clustering, Hierarchical Clustering etc.- Strong hands on experience on coding languages Python, SQL, PySpark, SparkR- Deploying models via GitHub, Airflow, Docker and knowledge of MLOps- Working knowledge on visualization tools like Domo, Looker- Experience front facing Business teams (Client facing role) supporting and working with multi-functional teams in a dynamic environment- Presentation skills (structuring, storyte
