We also know that this can only be accomplished by supporting our employee growth and development.**Responsibilities****Site Tracker Configuration & Customization**:- Design and maintain **custom Site Tracker templates** for construction managers, permitting teams, and field technicians.- Configure **milestone tracking, task workflows, and approval processes** for telecom projects (e.g., tower builds, fiber rollouts).**Experience/Qualifications**- ** Reporting & Data Management**- Develop **real-time dashboards and reports** in SiteTracker to track project status, delays, and resource allocation.- Automate **weekly/monthly reports** for leadership on KPIs (e.g., project completion rates, permit delays).- Ensure data integrity by auditing and cleaning CRM entries.**Technical Support & Troubleshooting**:- Act as the **primary point of contact** for SiteTracker issues—resolve user access problems, workflow errors, and integration hiccups.- Document solutions and conduct **user training sessions** for field and office teams.**Project Coordination**:- Update and track **project milestones** (e.g., NTP, construction completion, closeout) in SiteTracker.- Work with PMs to ensure CRM data reflects true field progress.- ** 3+ years in Salesforce administration**, with **2+ years specifically in SiteTracker** (wireless/telecom industry preferred).- Proven ability to **build custom objects, reports, and workflows** in SiteTracker.- Strong SQL/SOQL knowledge for **data extraction and report building**.- Experience with **telecom project lifecycles** (permitting, construction, closeout).- Certifications**:SiteTracker Power User** (required).**What's in it for you?
