Les Roches prepares entrepreneurial and innovative graduates across a global network of campuses in Crans-Montana (Switzerland), Marbella (Spain) and Abu Dhabi (UAE).You share our values: Development, Distinctiveness, Joint commitment, Openness and Sense of service.**Start date**: 1 September 2025.**Key responsibilities**:- Provide career counseling, including CV/cover letter reviews, interview coaching, and professional guidance.- Develop career opportunities for diverse student groups.- Collaborate with a multicultural team to achieve departmental goals.- Manage career events, building relationships with employers and external partners.- Plan and organize career-related events, and assist with other school events.- Attract and manage employer partnerships for Career Days and other events.- Represent Career Services at internal and external events.- Handle administrative tasks, such as updating databases and managing internships.- Contribute to social media content for the department’s platforms.- Stay updated on industry trends and share relevant information with students, faculty, and staff.- Support the development of departmental policies and ensure confidentiality.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Human Resources, Event Management or a related field.- Relevant work experience in hospitality required. Maximum 5 years of experience, with a proven track record of organizing large-scale events (1000+ attendees) in an international setting.- Experience in recruitment or job placement is a plus; experience in education or training is also beneficial.- In-depth knowledge of the global hospitality industry and market trends.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with career tools and presentations.- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Fluency in English required (additional languages like French, German, Spanish, or Chinese are a plus).- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate in a multicultural team.- Passion for working with students, delivering group sessions, and organizing career-related activities.
