Join the new MCC and you will have the opportunity to become part of an organization that has been committed to excellence and industry leadership for over 110 years.As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing pricing and financial data, identifying improvement opportunities, and communicating strategic solutions that drive growth or reduce costs.**Responsibilities**:- Conduct data analysis, including with sometimes large and complex data sets, to support business decision-making- Distill complex data to quickly and clearly communicate important takeaways to cross-functional business leaders- Build dashboards in Business Intelligence software such as Qlickview and PowerBI- Analyze historical pricing data, working at times with large and different data sets- Identify areas for improvement, and design new approaches and methodologies- Weekly reporting and monitoring to determine trends, providing feedback to relevant departments- Miscellaneous and ad hoc analysis assignments, sometimes with short turnarounds- Manage multiple work assignments concurrently- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports- Embrace and promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace**Qualifications**:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
