Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and cultivate a workplace culture of belonging that views uniqueness as a competitive edge and builds a community that enables our people to push the limits of innovation to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Business Excellence Leader_ located in _Guadalajara, North._- Reporting to the Business Excellence Manager, Business Excellence Leader role will be responsible for continuously driving a culture of excellence in the organization and enabling waste removal activities using lean and six sigma approaches and tools and guiding actions to a sustainable conclusion._What a typical day looks like:- _ Work as a change agent and drive lean and Six Sigma activities as defined in the GBE A3._- _ In charge of eliminating waste and creating value by reducing process variation to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment._- _ Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions, and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process._- _ Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs_- _ Identify, Drive, and Yokoten Best practices-based Kaizen projects on the accord timelines_- _ Conduct Industrial Engineering lean and Six Sigma training and accelerate the proliferation of Lean culture throughout the organization by guiding and facilitating Continues Improvement Lean Deployment._- _ Assess Continuous Improvement Maturity Tracker (CIMT) Operation/Supply chain/Office and drive initiatives to close gaps._- _ Agile participates in the selection and execution of lean and Six Sigma projects._- _ Transformation (continuous workshop in 90 days). Facilitate continuous improvement Transformation activities through Kaizen, workshops, and Small Group Activities._- _ Comprehend and use the Center Point portal as a depository to enable data research and cost-saving effectiveness._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience_- _ Demonstrates functional, technical skills as well as customer service attitude (external and internal)._- _ Software Development experience_- _ Solid Experience in SQL_- _ Teamwork participation to enable project improvement._- _ Intermediate English_- _ Demonstrates detailed expertise in complex functional/technical area or broad breadth of knowledge in multiple areas Comprehends the strategic & tactical impact of the function across sites._- _ Must be able to guide direct projects and business initiatives._- _ Financial, research, and statistical skills to resolve complex and conflicting goals._- _ Demonstrate Green Certification in at least one discipline (Lean, Six Sigma or Industrial Engineering)._What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.MG61Job CategoryOperational Excellence**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
