About Conduent:Through our dedicated associates, Conduent delivers mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments - creating exceptional outcomes for our clients and the millions of people who count on them.You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day.**Responsibilities will involve**:- Research and resolve problems in a timely manner, finding the root cause of issues to provide accurate answers.- Support HR and TA knowledge database documentation.Daily monitoring of employment compliance results in our systems.- May help design and build processes, reports and trackers to support these job functions.- Models compliance with CONDUENT practices and procedures and supports the company’s mission, values and focus.**Required Skills/Experience**:- 1 + years’ experience, preferably in Recruitment (minor experience) customer service.Excellent attention to detail, organization and communication skills- Administrative skills needed.- Being able to provide specific explanation on the Hiring process at all levels.**Additional Functions**- Facilitates resolutions to an assortment of problems and escalations that are moderately complex in scope.- Works towards ensuring all service levels are met per client expectations.- Interfaces with client to identify and resolve on going issues.- Assists Human Resources or managers in the completion of appropriate forms, navigation of HR systems, processes and policies.- Resolves any escalations regarding issues raised by client's employees related to incorrect payments, incorrect records.- Provides information to managers or Human Resource on matters pertaining to personnel forms and records.- Initiates appropriate actions as required by HR or manager.Closing:Conduent is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, gender identity, gender expression, sex/gender, marital status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, medical condition, use of a guide dog or service animal, military/veteran status, citizenship status, basis of genetic information, or any other group protected by law.- At Conduent we value the health and safety of our associates, their families and our community.
