**Your responsibilities**:- Direct participation in root cause analysis to solve problems- Active work with the multidisciplinary team in scrap reduction meetings.- Responsible for following up on corrective actions defined by the multidisciplinary team in scrap reduction meetings assigned to his team.- Responsible for the optimization of existing processes and cost reduction through improvement projects and KPI's compliance.- Direct participation in the implementation of new equipment/projects.- Direct participation during audit processes (preparation, development and closing of actions).- Active work in the implementation and maintenance of 6's, as well as any improvement actions based on the needs of the operation.- Temporary tasks assigned by the area manager or superior within PCE & MFE department.- PCE thyssenkrupp RESC team contact.- Support in coordinating in conjunction with thyssenkrupp RESC team for on-site support during project implementation.- Follow-up and closure of open points with supplier during implementation of new projects through document CF-00015.- Main responsible for "Handover" of new projects to serial production.- Responsible for coordinating plant installation for new lines.**Your profile**:- Industrial Engineer / Process Engineer / Mechanical Engineer or related.- Knowledge of Core tolos (SPC, AMEF, PPAP, CONTROL PLAN).- Knowledge in Zeiss measuring machines- Knowledge in Opticline measuring machines.- Knowledge of Adcole measuring machines- Knowledge in statistical analysis programs (QSTAT).- Knowledge of SAP- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, One Note, Word, etc.)- Knowledge in problem solving tools (Ishikawa, Pareto, etc.)**Your benefits**:- The opportunity to contribute to the business success of the Dynamic Components Group and the thyssenkrupp Group in a responsible position- Excellent training and development opportunities within the business unit and the Group as well as various talent programs**Contact**:**Become part of the #GENERATIONTK**:thyssenkrupp is an international group of companies comprising largely independent industrial and technology businesses and employing more than 100,000 people.
