At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.**Business Analyst****Main Purpose**To support our digital transformation journey via simplification of business processes and technology solutions. This role will support the design, development, and testing of key capabilities that are Field Sales Team focused. Additionally, the Business Analyst will drive requirement gathering, voice of the customer sessions & process design workshops that drive an intuitive solution that focuses on a streamlined experienced.**Responsibilities**:**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define solutions that meets the program's vision for features and objectives (informed / consultation)- Conduct interviews and requirements workshops with cross-functional teams to gather understanding of business needs (informed)- Act as the customer/end user advocate when defining technical solution, prioritizing business requirements & defects, and resolving prioritization conflicts with team leadership (consultation / execution)- Perform functions within an agile environment, including user story definition (functional / non-functional requirements), process definition, user testing support, documentation, training (consultation / execution)- Jointly responsibility for product backlog refinement (grooming), estimation, and prioritization with team leadership (making decisions / consultation / execution)- Partner with user centered design (UCD) Strategist to design an intuitive solution that includes a guided user experience (making decisions / consultation)- Research / Analyze business needs to identify new processes or process improvements that will be needed to fulfill the need (informed consultation / execution)- Capture information necessary to evaluate impact of requested changes (informed)Qualifications:**Qualifications / Requirements**- 1-2 years of experience in project management- 1-2 years of experience in writing requirements and/or story authoring- Strong analytical skills with ability to structure complex problems- Experienced in handling several responsibilities in parallel, resilience- Clear communication skills (both written/oral) tailored to different levels of seniority- Organizational Skills. Ability to keep track of many small details without losing site of the big picture- Very responsive and comfortable with working in a dynamic environment- Software Testing experience- Basic understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)- User-centric mindset and instinctual user empathy- Ability to work well with changing priorities and demonstration of flexibility- Ability to collaborate with and influence others- Demonstrated ability to develop good working relationships with business sponsors, business partners, and IT team members- Strong skills showing the ability to convey functional details accurately in a well-structured and precise manner that describe end user problems and solutions- Language: English Fluent- Proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, etc.
