About the project We are seeking an experienced IQMS (DELMIAworks) Consultant to support a Carve-Out project for a manufacturing plant located in Monterrey, Mexico. The plant is currently operating within a shared IQMS environmentwith other locations, and the objective is to separate (carve out) the Mexican plant into an independent IQMS instance. In addition to the carve-out activities, the consultant will provide ongoing IQMS system support and ERP change implementation throughout the project. Project Duration: First phase estimated at 6–12 months Start Date: February / March Work Mode: Primarily remote, with occasional travel to Monterrey, Mexico Responsibilities Lead and execute the IQMS carve-out for the Mexican manufacturing plant Analyze the current shared IQMS environment and define the target standalone system Support data separation, migration, and validation (master data, transactional data, historical data as required) Configure and optimize IQMS modules to support independent plant operations Provide hands-on IQMS/DELMIAworks support, enhancements, and change requests Collaborate with local plant stakeholders, IT, and business teams Support testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities Document system changes, processes, and best practices Support post-go-live stabilization and knowledge transfer Requirements Strong hands-on experience as an IQMS / DELMIAworks Consultant Proven experience in ERP Carve-Out projects, ideally in manufacturing environments Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (production, inventory, quality, planning, costing) Experience working with shared ERP environments and separating entities/plants Strong data migration and system configuration experience Ability to work independently in a remote-first setup with periodic onsite presence Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting manufacturing plants in Mexico Experience working in multinational / multi-plant environments Candidates based in Mexico or the United States preferred (Latin America also considered) #J-18808-Ljbffr
