Position Summary:The Item Integrity Manager is responsible for monitoring systems to make sure intended results are executed correctly and data integrity is maintained. The Item Integrity Mgr. will ensure the production and management with controlling/inputting SKU master data and controls which support the Merchandising, Supply Chain and Ecomm departments are completed timely and error free. Accountability for team leadership, communication, reporting, and operational/organizational excellence. Presents and executes strategies to lead departments ensuring development of the team members, create and standardize processes and KPIs to operate effectively.Job Responsibilities- Other duties may be assigned:- 40% Manage Item Integrity and Ecomm departments operations to meet business goals and KPI’s in a timely manner within a governance framework to maintain product data in MDM Software ensuring the best content in the industry.- 30% Responsible for working with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Ecomm, and IT to define and establish the overall management strategy and approach to data clean up, maintenance and quality control- 20% Identify and leverage opportunities to continually improve the quality of data management systems, processes and standards; Implement controls and compliance metrics to reduce data issues and improve data quality- 10% Leverage existing and implement new technologies in the data management arena to deliver best in class workflows between Vendor/Merchant CommunitySupervisory Responsibility:- This position has 6 direct report and 26 indirect reportsSkills and Requirements:- Level of formal education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent- Area of study: Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering or closely related fields- Years of Experience: Five to seven years- Type of experience: Experience with Excel and SQL required; able to work and lead on multiple assignments and projects; strong leadership skills with ability to build world class teams.- Special certifications or technical skills: Strong Command of English Language- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.- Other/preferred: Automotive product knowledge, ACES and PIES standards.- Learning Period: One year to two yearsPhysical Demands:Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles
