Marketing & Brand Lead – 100% Remote | Latam Join us as a Marketing & Brand Lead at Tekton Labs. We’re a mission‑driven tech consultancy focused on building long‑term technology relationships and telling our story the right way. In this role you’ll help elevate our brand narrative, content strategy, and marketing execution across the Americas, working closely with revenue and content teams to drive measurable impact. You’ll contribute to brand presence, messaging alignment, and content production, with opportunities for growth and leadership as our marketing structure expands. Key Responsibilities Design and execute brand and demand‑driven campaigns in USCAN & LATAM. Maintain brand consistency across internal and external channels. Lead and manage the content production process with internal teams and vendors. Update the corporate website, ensuring SEO, UX and messaging alignment. Manage Tekton’s presence on third‑party platforms (e.g., Clutch, Glassdoor, AWS). Support marketing operations, CRM workflows and campaign reporting. Collaborate with commercial and delivery teams to build sales enablement assets (decks, one‑pagers, case studies). Align internal and external messaging with Tekton’s tone and positioning. Success Metrics Strong alignment between commercial and marketing messages. Consistent delivery of high‑quality content, on time and on brand. Growth in visibility and engagement across key channels. Effective support of sales and talent attraction efforts. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content strategy or brand management. Proficiency with Figma, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO tools. Experience coordinating with creative teams (copy, design, web) and external vendors. A sharp eye for design, detail, and strong storytelling skills. Ability to write or edit content in both English and Spanish. Familiarity with the tech or consulting sector is a plus. Compensation & Work Conditions Full‑time – 100% remote. Flexible within LATAM. Contractor – paid in USD. Monthly compensation up to USD 2,750 (based on experience).
