**Logistics Planner - Temporal****Objetivo del puesto**:Planificar y coordinar rutas logísticas de acuerdo con las necesidades del cliente y del proyecto, asegurando eficiencia en tiempos, costos y recursos.**Responsabilidades**:- Planificación de transporte basada en los requerimientos del cliente o proyecto.- Análisis de volúmenes de cliente y centros PTM para programar el transporte adecuado, cumpliendo con los tiempos de tránsito establecidos.- Propuesta de nuevas ventanas de recolección con base en análisis de horarios y flujos.- Revisión y validación de cargas en sistema, verificando unidad y cubicaje.- Resolución de problemas logísticos considerando aspectos geográficos y analíticos para la creación de rutas eficientes.- Comunicación constante con transportistas asignados para revisar disponibilidad y cumplimiento del equipo.- Coordinación efectiva y seguimiento con áreas internas y clientes.- Análisis de costos y toma de decisiones en la selección del transporte más adecuado.- Identificación de áreas de mejora en los procesos del área y comunicación a su supervisor.- Prevención de problemas operativos con enfoque proactivo en su solución.**Requisitos**:- Experiência previa en logística y/o almacén.- Conocimiento general de transporte, logística o cadena de suministro (supply chain).- Tolerancia al trabajo bajo presión.- Conocimiento básico de geografía nacional (territorio mexicano).- Habilidad para resolver problemas prácticos y seguir instrucciones verbales, escritas o en diagramas.- Capacidad para calcular áreas de carga, cubicajes, horarios y tiempos de tránsito.- Experiência con sistemas de captura en línea.- Manejo básico de Excel y tablas dinámicas.
