We are over 250,000 game changers, mountain movers and history makers, located around the world, and united by a shared set of values and goals.**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**The Data Analyst will operate within a team of database developers, other data analysts, data engineers, and software engineers to produce simpler, faster, and more insightful solutions for supply chain performance managers, decision makers, specialists and frontline personnel.**Your Impact**As **SC Data Analyst** your functions would consist of:- Become familiar with the business use cases, technologies, and solution best practices of key reports, tools, dashboards, ETL processes, and apps our team supports.- Serve as the technical support and enhancement request primary point of contact for our team.- Help improve the reliability of the key reports, tools, dashboards, ETL processes, and apps our team supports.- Monitor, complete, and quality control scheduled weekly technical tasks.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Education**- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business systems or information technology**Experience**- Advanced English- 1+ years of programming experience (Python, VBA, JavaScript, etc.)- Intermediate SQL skills (e.g., Joins, Group By, Select, Update, Delete)- Intermediate MS Excel skills (e.g., Pivot tables, Vlookups, Conditional formatting)- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, Presto, Databricks SQL, MS SQL Server, MySQL) is a plus- Familiarity with Cloud Technologies like Databricks, Deltalake or Pyspark is a plus- Experience using Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) inside of MS Excel and/or MS Access is a plus- Experience creating or executing ETL processes is a plus- Experience with Tableau and/or PowerBI is a plus**Skills**- Friendly customer service- Joy of researching and problem solving- Great attention to detail- Strong verbal and written communication skills**What can you expect from us**:- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes- Organized personality- Team player- Ability to manage stress and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy- Advocates for and embraces the use of new tools and techniques- Problem Solving- Seeks opportunities to strengthen digital culture through collaborating and sharing knowledge- Track record of improving processes, leading projects and influencing decision-makers- Has an informed opinion on digital trends, including fluency with specific digital technologies**We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
