We are backed by an international private equity investment firm that invests in real estate operating companies on a global scale.**ABOUT THE POSITION**As a Development Associate, you will play a key role in the development of our multifamily rental portfolio, from initial planning and design to project completion and handoff to Property Management. You will be responsible for supervising and directing all aspects of the development process, working closely with a team of design, construction, legal, finance, and property management Each day will be unique, your job is to take decisions and find creative solutions that bring us closer to our vison of creating legendary experiences by developing the best product in the multifamily rental industry.
