The IAC Group is a dynamic, high energy environment, so we are naturally looking for an associate who is a relationship builder, an excellent analytical thinker, intuitive to business needs, and someone who can communicate effectively in challenging situations by creating scenarios. in which everyone wins.We are looking for passionate and talented people who want to build a successful career as**:Superivisor Production**Work with shift managers on any employee issues across 3 shifts, selects shift supervisors and shift managers, participates in Kaizen event planning and organizes participants in Kaizen events as well as in safety evaluations of all new equipment, providing a clean, safe work environment along with the tools and training to perform the assigned job to operators. Priority is to to do the job right the first time, do it as fast as possible, do it with the fewest people. Then look for ways to improve the process. Manage the workforce and record all actions of employees along with tracking job preformance, attendence, ability to work as a team and ability to be cross trained.- It is responsible for tracking results, overtime, OEE and operational production activities, setting priorities and objectives according to the Daily Production Program.- ""Participate in the activities related to the change of shift, approval of the first piece of start-up, responsible for the weekly review of indicators, Scrap Dead Time and efficiency in weekly meetings with its middle managers- To ensure the correct execution of the Operations in the production lines under their charge, in order to achieve the established Objectives.- Direct the start of shift meetings with the supervisors of all the service areas, supervise, audit, review, supervise, coordinate and assure the quality of the products assigned to take place during their shift, as well as the performance of the personnel, Execute and do execute the quality systems of our plant to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers QSB LPA.- Supervise the capture of the production reports of the personnel in charge during the production in their turn, reports of scrap in the different areas, Participate in the activities related to the change of shift, approval of the first piece of boot. Lead 5's activities, ensure that problem solving is based on the Fast Response methodology.**Knowledge**:- Manufacturing KPI- Lean Manufacturing**Requirements**:- +3 years of experience in Production Supervising- +3 years of experience in Automotive interior manufacturing**Location**: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.
