Transformation Sr. Analyst

Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Develop and implement transformation strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Monitor project progress and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives. Facilitate communication across workstream teams and manage project documentation. Assist in risk identification and mitigation strategies throughout project lifecycle. Train team members on transformation tools and methodologies. How will you do it? By leveraging strong analytical skills and your understanding of business operations, you will engage with various teams to gather insights and drive process improvements. You will utilize project management tools to track progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders. What are we looking for? Required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT or related field. +6 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or transformation initiatives. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to think critically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis software. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Conversational English. Preferred Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
