Communicate effectively with clients and vendors in both Spanish and English. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies. Qualifications Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Proficiency in QuickBooks software. Bilingual in Spanish and English (required). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
