Security Coordinator

We are currently seeking a **Security Coordinator** to help safeguard our community and ensure the continuity of operations across our facilities.The Security Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the protection of ASF’s assets and facilities. This includes supervising the operation of security personnel (access control monitors and CCTV operators) and implementing protocols, equipment, and technological systems to prevent, deter, detect, and respond to threats or emergencies—guaranteeing operational continuity.**Responsibilities**- Supervise compliance with security policies and procedures.- Manage, train, and oversee operational security personnel.- Design, evaluate, and implement physical and asset protection programs.- Coordinate prevention and emergency response actions.- Ensure optimal performance of CCTV and access control systems.- Promote continuous improvement in security operations.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in a security-related field.- Advanced English proficiency. **(mandatory)**:- Valid CPP, DSE, or PSP certification, or formal education in asset protection (diploma, specialization, or master’s degree).- Preferred: military or police academy training with executive- or officer-level experience.**Experience**- Minimum of 5 years in a similar position.- Over 5 years of experience in Physical, Corporate, or Private Security, Executive Protection, Asset Protection, Crisis Management, and training/managing security personnel.- Demonstrated expertise in designing, evaluating, and implementing security programs.- Preferred experience in corporate, multicultural, or educational environments.**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Security : 5 years (required)**Language**:- English (advanced level) (required)License/Certification:- certification (CPP, DSE, or PSP) (required)Work Location: In personApplication Deadline: 24/05/2025Expected Start Date: 02/06/2025
