Role Overview We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Event Manager to own the strategy and execution of how Alcatraz shows up in the physical world. This role is both logistical and strategic. You’ll partner across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership to turn industry trade shows, partner summits, and customer experiences into high-impact pipeline engines. As the orchestrator of our event presence, you will translate our mission of "simple, secure, trusted" access into brand experiences that resonate with security professionals and business leaders alike. Key Responsibilities Own the full lifecycle of Alcatraz.ai’s event program—from major physical security trade shows (e.g., ISC West, GSX) to partner roadshows and executive dinners Build event strategies aligned to corporate priorities, product launches, and campaign themes Lead all planning logistics: vendor sourcing, budgeting, contracts, booth design, A/V, shipping, setup, swag, and run-of-show Brand Experience & Creative Collaborate with Design to bring our visual identity to life—booths, signage, swag, themed experiences, and giveaways Identify opportunities to level-up experiences, technologies, vendors, and formats to ensure our booth is the most memorable on the floor Go-to-Market & Demand Generation Partner with Sales and GTM Ops and Demand Generation on pre-event promotion, lead capture workflows, and post-event nurture Align on booth duty schedules, executive briefings, and customer demos Drive follow-up motions that turn badge scans and demo requests into qualified conversations and pipeline Program Management & ROI Track budgets, deadlines, deliverables, and cross-team dependencies like a seasoned air-traffic controller Own event scorecards, KPIs, and reporting: leads, meetings, pipeline influence, and operational improvements Qualifications 4-7+ years of B2B event marketing experience (Physical Security, Biometrics, AI, or Enterprise SaaS preferred) Proven success managing large conferences, trade shows, and field events end-to-end Strong project management and vendor-management skills—organized, calm under pressure, and unfazed by the occasional fire drill Ability to translate technical products (AI/Computer Vision) into engaging event experiences A data-informed approach to measuring success, ROI, and pipeline impact Creativity with a dash of humor - you’re the type who can turn a booth theme into a moment people remember Self-starter mentality; thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and takes ownership from concept to execution Why Join Alcatraz?
