**Lean Engineer****Responsibilities**:- Manage the Perfect Execution database.- Coordinate monthly meetings with different business units and departments to review projects and provide appropriate follow-up.- Keep the database updated.- Preparation/interpretation of drawings/specifications- Inventory poka yokes- Measurement of critical characteristics- Monitoring and Measurement of the product process- Audit of the proper use of each PY- Establishment of maintenance tasks for pokayoke in EAM- Take part in the development of future implementations in PY- Actively get involved in all activities of the Per(x) department such as:- Audits and 5's Courses.- Kaizen Events Coordination- TPM Events Coordination- Coordination of SMED Events- Continuous Improvement Projects.- Support for Cost Reduction projects and Investment Projects**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field- Fluent in English- Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing/engineering or a related department to use lean tools.- Knowledge of Plcs, Pneumatics, Autocad, English (Spoken and Written), Lean Tools.- Collaborate, Develop Talent, Cultivate innovation, Customer Focus, Decision quality, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
