**Req ID**: We are currently seeking a Application Security Engineer to join our team in Remote, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).- Collaborate with development teams to integrate and automate security testing into the software development process, and to implement secure coding practices.- Identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate security controls.- Coordinate with third-party firms to schedule periodic penetration testing to schedule and lead remediation efforts with development teams.- Assist in security code reviews and in remediating security flaws from internal testing as well as third-party penetration testing.- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies.What you will bring:- Good to have solid foundational programming experience with Java, JavaScript and C# and must have basic knowledge on these to facilitate the discussion.- Proficiency in security assessment tools and techniques (e.g., SAST, DAST, IAST).- Familiarity with secure coding practices and frameworks.- Comfortable with tools such as Veracode, New Relic, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP.- Experience with Web Application Firewalls (WAF) a plusEducation/Course of Study:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.- Relevant certifications such as Certified Application Security Engineer (CASE), Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or similar credentials are preferred.**About NTT DATA Services****_NTT DATA Services is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants without regarding to race, color, religion, citizenship, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, physical or mental disability, veteran or marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
