Dince the Data Owner function partners with businesses and various technology teams, your goal in the CitiBanamex Data Office as a Data Owner Change Management lead is to drive execution for key aspects of the Citi Data Governance Policy. The role will help maintain and improve the communication, along with follow up and assistance into agreements with other areas of the Bank.Requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. As such, strong communication and diplomacy skills with creativity abilities, along with design skills and the capability to create high impact and attractive presentations.Along with this requirements, strong experience working with Data Management or Data Analytics teams or projects, will help drive to success Data Office initiatives, thou helping to reduce and manage Citi’s Data Management risks.**Responsibilities**:- Defines strategies to drive data quality measurement, produce data quality dashboards and reports.- Designs/analyzes moderately complex reports to satisfy management requirements.- Uses broad discretion in developing solutions for business reporting issues.- Influences decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.- Responsible for own work to support business teams in assigned area.- Utilizes communication and diplomacy skills are required.- Maintains and provides follow up to actions and activities agreed with other areas of the Bank, with main focus on reporting to Senior Management, but also with other sponsors.- Maintains and helps create communication material to inform the status of initiatives and day to day activities of Data Owners team, helping maintain a efficient communication of commitments and achievements.- Interact with business and technical staff who support the Global Functions, ensuring the data quality scorecards are measuring fit for purpose data.- Performs other job duties and functions as assigned.**Qualifications**:- 5-8 years of experience in similar positions- Experience with efficient communication methods and tools (Such as PowerPoint or similar tools)- Problem Solving - Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple methods.**Education**:- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
