Localidad CDMX - Oficinas Centrales (Polanco) Modalidad Híbrida Objetivo Diseñar, construir y mantener infraestructura y flujos de datos escalables, confiables y eficientes, mediante la implementación de pipelines de datos automatizados, la integración de múltiples fuentes de información y el uso de tecnologías modernas de procesamiento y almacenamiento en la nube o en entornos híbridos, para asegurar que los datos estén disponibles, limpios y estructurados, permitiendo a los equipos de análisis, ciencia de datos y toma de decisiones informadas, acelerando la innovación y generando valor estratégico para la organización. Diseño y construcción de pipeline de datos Gestionar e implementar procesos que permitan crear arquitecturas de datos escalables y seguras que soporten la integración de datos de múltiples fuentes. Asegurar la disponibilidad, integridad y rendimiento de las bases de datos y sistemas de almacenamiento de datos. Software Development Implementación supervisada de modelos matemáticos y algoritmos que automaticen los procesos de análisis de información, optimizando tiempo en los procesos y acelerando la toma de decisiones. Implementar el uso de aplicaciones personalizadas en diferentes lenguajes de programación (Ej: AI, Phyton, SQL, html, Java, Pyspark, VBA, RPA's, DAX, etc). Business Knowledge Traducir y entender las necesidades de las distintas áreas funcionales y unidades de negocio desarrollando herramientas que permitan tener una mejor visibilidad del mercado, así como del comportamiento y desempeño de nuestras marcas y clientes. Establecer canales de comunicación eficaz con las distintas áreas financieras y definir puntos de contacto claros para acompañar la correcta toma de decisiones y estrategia a través del uso de información. Lo que te hará exitoso Licenciatura en una disciplina cuantitativa: estadística, matemática aplicada, informática, ingeniería, economía, actuaría o afines. 3 a 4 años de experiencia en visualización e interpretación de data (Ej. MS Power BI, R, Shiny, Tableau, Python). Manejo de Excel y paquetería de MS Office. Experiencia Creando y trabajando con data architectures. Conocimiento de técnicas y conceptos estadísticos. Conocimiento de R, Python (lenguajes de programación). Experiencia trabajando bajo metodología Agile. #J-18808-Ljbffr
